Best of all, because the Cardio Rebounder exercises are done lying down, you won’t feel the stress on your joints when compared to a traditional treadmill.

If you desire a way to execute traditional Pilates exercises, switch to the included padded foot bar and wide, padded platform. The platform allows you to do standing, seated or supine exercises.

No matter what exercises you aim for during your workout, it’s simple to adjust your intensity level thanks to the included resistance cords. This Reformer package 1 light-resistance yellow cord, 2 medium-resistance black cords and 2-heavy resistance red cords. You can swap out the cords to focus on different muscle groups or change the return speed of the carriage.
